If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason or if your purchase is damaged in transit we will gladly replace your item or refund your money. We ask that you would return the item in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date using the original shipping materials. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Upon receipt of the returned item the full purchase price will be credited to your account or a replacement item will be shipped in exchange. All shipping and handling costs are calculated at the time of purchase and most orders are processed and shipped UPS ground within five business days.  When your order is shipped we will send you an email confirmation with a UPS tracking number.
